Twenty years after commissioning Jennie Moncur to create linoleum flooring, the ICA have once again installed her designs.

Commissioned in celebration of the ICA's 40th Anniversary, the linoleum floor has endured daily public footfall over its twenty year life. Now, celebrating their 60th Anniversary, the ICA have chosen to reinstate this original design.

The floor has become part of the building's identity and the Institute of Contemporary Arts felt strongly that it should remain. It is a compliment to Jennie Moncur that the ICA highly values this significant piece of work.

In celebration of this collaboration, the ICA is using an image taken from the design for their membership card and accompanying literature.
