Technique: Painted Wall panels

Painted wall panels for the six story atrium in the Department of Social Security headquarters in Leeds (1993). The panels were designed to read as a single image on each floor, as well as reading as a united image when seen all together from outside the building. The panel structure was concieved by the architects as a screen for ducting etc. which can easily be accessed via opening panels.
